The unincorporated village of Upper Black Eddy is located in northern Bucks County, Pennsylvania, 58 miles west south west of New York City and 45 miles north of Philadelphia. Upper Black Eddy is officially part of Bridgeton Township which also directly borders adjacent Borough of Milford, Hunterdon County, New Jersey via by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission's free Upper Black Eddy-Milford Bridge over the Delaware River.
